A Fresh Look
For the past week, I’ve been busy redesigning the website. I have a few goals in mind with the redesign:
- It should help you, the readers, enjoy the content without straining their eyes.
- It should load fast.
- It should help me publish my articles easier.
To accomplish the goals above, I created these checklist:
✅ Use TailwindCSS to create a clean, minimalist theme.
✅ Use beautiful and readable typography. Spacing and line-height should be just enough.
✅ The website should be mobile-friendly.
✅ It should have Dark and Light mode.
✅ The code snippet should have “Copy” to clipboard.
✅ Table of Content in the articles to help readers navigate to different sections of the post.
✅ Install + Setup Cloudflare.
[ ] Light mode should also be applied in the code block.
[ ] Support comments.
[ ] Publish from Obsidian to WordPress. I write the while article in Obsidian then when it’s done I copy paste the whole article here. But there’s a lot of manual work because a lot of content such as the code and math equations blocks need to be formatted for WordPress.
There are still a lot of thing to be improved but I hope you guys enjoy the improvements.
